By registering for a technical assistance session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to change or cancel your session, please notify us ahead of time using the cancellation link or by calling the library so someone else can use the time.

• No-Show Policy
If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will need to make a new one for another day.

• Late Arrival Policy
Your session will end at the time you originally reserved, even if you arrive late. For example, if your session is from 1:00–1:30 pm and you arrive at 1:15 pm, the session will still end at 1:30 pm.

• Session Limit
You are limited to one technical assistance session per day. Additional sessions may not be booked or attended on the same day and will need to be scheduled for a different date.

• Session Scope (What We Can Cover During Your Visit)
During your session, we will focus on one main question or issue. If your question is quick to answer, we may have time to address an additional topic, but this is not guaranteed. More complex questions may take the entire session. If more time is needed, you will need to register for another session.
