The Tavares Public Library invites you to discover our StoryWalk®, an innovative way for children and adults to enjoy reading while exploring the outdoors. As you stroll down the path, you’ll find the story unfolding page by page, blending literacy, nature, and physical activity into one memorable experience. A new story is featured every month, offering fresh adventures for readers of all ages so there is always something new to enjoy. The StoryWalk® is located in Ridge Park, just behind the library and beside our beautiful native wildflower garden. Made possible through the generosity of a library patron, the Tavares Public Library StoryWalk® is a perfect place to read, walk, and connect with the outdoors. Visit often and enjoy a new adventure each time you visit.
