Join the Passionflower Chapter of the FL Native Plant Society for the 2025 Great Florida Pollinator Census! 

Become a Citizen Scientist and help count pollinator insects for 15 minutes to support vital research and conservation. It's fun, fast, and impactful for ALL ages.

The Event:

·  Saturday, August 23, 2025

·  10am-12pm - Stop by anytime during the listed window – each count takes only 15 minutes!

·  At the Native Butterfly Garden beside Cagan Crossings Community Library, 16729 Cagan Oaks, Clermont, 

We will:

·  Educate you on the specific pollinators we’re interested in counting and native plants they are attracted to.

·  Give a pollinator count sheet to each participant.

·  Provide light refreshments, stickers, coloring pages and native plant seeds to attract pollinators in your yard.

 A copy of the book, “The Great Pollinator Count” by Susan Edwards Richmond will be presented to the library.
