This is a free bi-weekly workshop that will be focusing on tips on the 8 Pillars of Brain Health. As each activity boosts brain health in different ways, many studies have shown that the best results are seen when multiple Acti-v8 Your Brain pillars are simultaneously part of your daily activities.

Discover how relaxation and stress management can boost your brain health and overall well-being. In this interactive workshop, we'll explore the 8 pillars of brain health, with a special focus on practical strategies to calm your mind, lower stress, and protect your memory. Participants will leave with simple, science-based techniques they can use every day to feel more relaxed, energized, and mentally sharp.
