Whether it’s managing stress, making mindful choices, or finding balance during this busy time of year, you will leave with helpful strategies to enjoy the holidays to the fullest.
Enjoy a lively discussion over coffee each month. Every session features a new guest speaker and a fresh topic ranging from estate planning and health to travel and more. A chance to learn, share, and connect.
