Candlelight Yoga

Join certified yoga instructor Cat O'Neill for an advanced beginner's mat yoga class. In this one-hour session, you'll learn breathing techniques, balance, and strength poses, and have the opportunity to focus inward. Remember to bring your mat, blocks, and strap. Thanks to the sponsorship of the Friends of the Leesburg Library, this class is free for participants, but registration is required.
