Chair Yoga
Leesburg Public Library - Meeting Room A, Leesburg Public Library - Meeting Room B
In-Person / OnlineEnjoy one hour of chair yoga with Cat either at the library or live via Zoom. Cat is a life long yoga instructor and takes care to lead people through balance in mind, body and spirit. Registration is required.
Beginners are always welcome.
Maximum 45 people in person. Unlimited Zoom registrations.
The Zoom link is sent by 3:00 pm on the day of the class.
